Rick Springfield to sing, share stories at Riviera Theatre

If you've ever wanted to see Rick Springfield up close and personal, here's your chance. The Grammy Award-winning musician will perform an intimate solo concert with some special features at 8 p.m. Dec. 16 at the Historic Riviera Theatre and Performing Arts Center (67 Webster St., North Tonawanda).

Springfield's concert will feature interactive multimedia and storytelling as he shares the stories behind his songs. After the performance, Springfield will take part in a question and answer session moderated by STAR 102.5.

Springfield has sold more than 25 million albums and had 17 Top 40 hits, including “Jessie’s Girl,” “Don’t Talk to Strangers,” “I've Done Everything for You,” “An Affair of the Heart” and “Human Touch.”

Reserved seats are $39 and $46 with limited VIP tickets costing $204 with a guaranteed seat in the first three rows and post-show meet-and-greet.

A pre-sale for Springfield fan club members is from 10 a.m. Nov. 2 through 4 p.m. Nov. 3. Riviera Theatre members can order tickets from 4 p.m. Nov. 3 to 10 a.m. Nov. 4. Tickets to the general public go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 4 at the Riviera box office, at World Hollywood entertainment inside the McKinley Mall and via rivieratheatre.org. Call 692-2413.
