5th DWI sends Lockport man to state prison

LOCKPORT – A City of Lockport man was sent to state prison Friday for his fifth conviction for driving while intoxicated.

State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. sentenced Paul A. Morrow, 37, of South Niagara Street, to 1 1/3 to four years behind bars. It's his first trip to state prison.

Morrow's latest arrest, which occurred Feb. 9 in Lewiston, came about a month after he finished a 10-month sentence in the Niagara County Jail for his fourth DWI offense.
