District attorney, state Senate candidates to meet in Hamburg forum

Candidates for Erie County district attorney and state offices have been invited to attend a candidates' night sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Buffalo/Niagara at 7 p.m. Oct. 26 at Union-Pleasant Elementary School auditorium, Union Street, Hamburg.

The invited candidates include district attorney candidates John Flynn and Joseph Treanor, and candidates for the 60th Senate District seat, Christopher Jacobs, Amber Small and James DePasquale.

League member Marian Deutschman will moderate the discussion, which will follow opening statements by the candidates. Candidates will answer written questions from the audience and then deliver closing statements.
