Buffalo Police: Woman gave false information, arrested on warrants

Brenda Andujar, 42, of North Street, was arrested by Buffalo Police officers on Normal Avenue about 9:30 p.m. Monday after she gave them false personal information, according to police.

After a check, the officers confirmed that she had given them the wrong date of birth to hide that she was the subject of three Buffalo City Court arrests warrants on a number of charges, police reports alleged. She was taken into custody after being charged with the misdemeanor count of false personation.

She remained in custody at the Erie County Holding Center Tuesday night because of her three previous Buffalo City Court cases, according to Buffalo police.
