A new exhibit that will encourage guests to embrace The Maker Movement and unleash their creativity will opened last weekend at the Buffalo Museum of Science.
Visitors of all ages to the imagination playground called Construct – presented by Turner Construction Co. – will imagine, design, engineer and construct items using fasteners, found objects and cardboard. The Goodyear Hall exhibit also will feature a dedicated a space for science-centric demonstrations, presented by museum learning and interpretation staff.
“The success of our ‘Make It Up’ experience during the summer months served as our inspiration for Construct,” said Marisa Wigglesworth, museum president and CEO. “Construct will offer the same kind of open-ended creative experience.”
