Plumb has skills needed to handle complex issues
On Aug. 15, China launched an experimental Quantum Communication satellite. Once the Quantum Communication technology is developed, China will be able to guarantee secure communications free from hacker interference.
Because of developments like this, the United States needs representatives in Congress who understand complex technological/scientific issues and support research in these areas, especially science involving national security.
That, along with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the issues that impact our district, and his long military career, professional engineering and science degrees, and his desire, as a fourth-generation Western New Yorker to serve our district honorably, is why we support the election of John Plumb for the 23rd congressional district.
