18th Buffalo Mass Mob to occupy landmark First Presbyterian Church

The 18th Buffalo Mass Mob will visit the landmark First Presbyterian Church, 1 Symphony Circle, for the 10 a.m. service on Sunday. All are welcome.

Explore Buffalo will lead tours of the church before and after the service, beginning at 9:15 a.m. Those attending are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for the church’s Bread of Life Food Pantry.

“Besides its historic and architectural significance, First Presbyterian is one of Buffalo’s great repositories of stained glass,” says Buffalo Mass Mob organizer Greg Witul.

Buffalo Mass Mob was started in 2013 to help fill the pews and collection baskets in struggling inner city churches by encouraging large groups of visitors to attend worship services on selected Sundays. It has received press recognition around the world.
