JPMorgan Chase named Gregory R. Duval as relationship executive for Upstate Middle Market Banking. Duval will have a cross-industry focus in an eight-county area on businesses with revenues of more than $20 million. He has 17 years of experience in various corporate banking roles, including at M&T and HSBC. Duval earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance in 1997, and his master’s of business administration with a concentration in financial markets and institutions and management information systems from the University at Buffalo in 1999.
Attorney Kevin Murphy joined the firm of Andreozzi Bluestein Weber Brown LLP. Murphy served as an attorney with the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of Chief Counsel, and also concurrently as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, representing the IRS in tax court and bankruptcy court. He graduated from American University, and he earned his law degree at Catholic University.
Evans Bank promoted Natalie Connolly to the role of senior fraud investigator. She is responsible for physical security, investigating check and debit card fraud incidents, handling identity theft cases, monitoring of the ATM Safety Act, and providing local police assistance in the event of an incident. Connolly holds a bachelor of arts degree in international studies from the University at Buffalo.
Northwest Bank celebrated the renaming of Jamestown Savings Bank Arena as Northwest Arena. Jamestown Savings Bank branches recently switched to the Northwest name.
Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers, a family-owned and operated jewelry retailer, has opened a location at Walden Galleria. The Chicago-based brand has locations in the Northwest and Southeast United States; the Galleria location is its first in the Northeast.
