Hanover man arrested for pushing someone down in front of child.

IRVING – A 20-year-old Hanover man was arrested Saturday on warrant related to charges that he pushed someone to the ground in the presence of a child during an altercation on Sept. 12, Chautauqua County Sheriff’s officials said.

Jacob A. Lockett also allegedly damaged property during the altercation.

Lockett was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harssment.

He was arraigned in Town of Hanover court and was sent to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
