Traffic stop results in drug, other charges for Buffalo men

Two Buffalo men were arrested on drug and other charges during a routine traffic stop by Buffalo police about 7 p.m. Wednesday at Comstock and Midway avenues. Rashaad Samuel, 26, and Anthony Lloyd Jr., 24, are accused of using false names and both charged with false personation.

Police also said that during booking bags of heroin were found in Samuel’s underwear. Samuel was charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband and second- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
