CLYMER – State Police on Tuesday charged a landlord with disorderly conduct after he allegedly struck a trooper with a set of keys.
Troopers were called to a residence for the report of a disturbance with tenants telling police they were being harassed by the landlord, who was identified as Martin Winkler, 62.
Police described Winkler’s behavior during their investigation as hostile and uncooperative. Troopers arrested him after he struck one of them with keys, they said.
Winkler was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Clymer Town Court later this month.
