The Town of Tonawanda Planning Board Wednesday will consider proposals to convert a used-car dealer building into a restaurant and construct a storage building on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
The board will review a plan to turn a 1,290-square-foot auto repair and sales building at 707 Kenmore Ave. into a restaurant. The site, at the corner of Starin Avenue, is currently the home of Robinson Resale, and has also housed 716 Motorsports. Built in 1955 on 0.29 acres, the building has three car bays and 20 parking spaces.
Additionally, the board will consider a plan for a storage building at 2202 Niagara Falls Blvd., north of the Youngmann Highway and across from the Home Depot store.
