Canalside fitness classes come to a close today for the summer but similar options continue in other parts of the region. Canalside fitness: Today is the last day for weekly fitness waterfront classes courtesy of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York. They include both Kangoo Jumps and Rev Fit at 6 p.m. and both Barre Centric and Fusion Aerobics at 7 p.m., Canalside. Free.
Slow Roll: Monday evening bike rides continue for several more weeks. This week, riders gather at 5:30 p.m. and ride starts at 6:30 sharp outside LaSalle & Main Street NFTA Station, 3030 Main St. Bikers up to age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
