Authorities hunt drug suspect who used bogus bills to buy Sudafed

TOWN OF LOCKPORT – Three counterfeit $5 bills were used to purchase Sudafed on Aug. 2 from the Tops Market on Lockport-Olcott Road, Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies said.

A 24-year-old man with ties to Lockport and Amherst is being sought in the case, deputies said. Sudafed is used in the manufacture of methamphetamine.
