Dunkirk woman faces aggravated DWI charge after her vehicle is found in ditch

FREDONIA – A Dunkirk woman who drove into a ditch on Saturday faces an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge, according to State Police.

State troopers who responded to the scene found Nicolette Lamb’s vehicle in a ditch on Straight Road. State police did not include the time the incident occurred in a news release.

Lamb, 38, failed field sobriety tests and was arrested, police said.

At the Fredonia barracks, Lamb registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.18 percent. Troopers issued her tickets for Arkwright Town Court for next month, and she was released.
