Florida fugitive arrested at Lewiston-Queenston

NIAGARA FALLS – Roberto Carlos Baldoquin Milan, 41, a Miami, Fla., man identified as a fugitive from Indian River County in Florida, was arrested at the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge by State Police about 7 a.m. Wednesday.

Milan, who is the subject of a nationwide arrest warrant issued by the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office, was found by troopers to have a forged driver’s license in a different name, a forged credit card and $33,000 worth of forged personal checks.

After his arraignment in Lewiston Town Court Wednesday he was remanded to the Niagara County Jail in Lockport in lieu of $100,000 bail.
