Westfield man charged with drugged driving and having a fake license

DARIEN — A Westfield man pulled over Saturday for non-functioning tail lights was charged with first-degree driving impaired by drugs and third-degree possession of a forged instrument.

State Police said they detected the odor of marijuana in the vehicle driven by Tanner A. Dahl, 19, and found an open container of moonshine liquor. Dahl also found to have a fake Pennslyvania State driver’s license. He faces an appearance in Darien Town Court.
