Lackawanna woman spared jail for selling crack cocaine

A Lackawanna was sentenced by Senior U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny to two years of probation on her guilty plea to possession with intent to distribute and distribution of crack cocaine.

On Sept. 15, 2014, Charisma Royster, 25, sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant working with Lackawanna Police officers on a crackdown of drug trafficking near the Gates Housing Project.
