Man selling cigarettes arrested for heroin possession

An Englewood Avenue man suspected of trying to sell cigarettes at Main and Court streets was arrested on a felony drug charges about 11 a.m. Monday, Buffalo police said.

Douglas Kosloff, 52, is charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said they observed him stuff four packages of heroin in his pants.
