Williamsville woman found in stolen car charged with felony DWI

A Williamsville woman was charged with felony driving while intoxicated Thursday night after Buffalo police found her outside her Plymouth Place home in a car stolen from the Breckenridge Avenue area.

Olivia Chapple, 22, also was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed driver. Police said Chapple, who has a previous DWI conviction, posted a blood-alcohol level of 0.16 percent, twice the state’s legal limit. Police, who said the stolen car was registered to a man who lives on Carolina Street, are attempting to determine who committed the theft.
