Buffalo man pleads guilty to drug charges

Buffalo resident Reginald Brown pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara on Tuesday to possession with intent to distribute and the distribution of cocaine.

U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr. said that at the sentencing of Brown, 48, on Nov. 3, he will face a prison term of up to 20 years and a fine of up to $1 million.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward H. White said that on Nov. 9, 2011, and again on Nov. 16, 2011, Brown sold about 13 grams of cocaine to an FBI confidential informant.
