Athena SWC named Todd Zielinski CEO managing director. He succeeds Michael Scalzo, with whom he founded the company in 2007. Zielinski holds a bachelor’s degree from D’Youville College.

Autism Services appointed Thomas Constantine, a CPA, chief financial officer. Constantine has worked in the human services sector of Western New York for more than 15 years.He received an MBA from St. Bonaventure University.

Tronconi Segarra & Associates promoted Alyce R. Notaro and Andrew T. Moon to senior tax managers. Notaro, a CPA, joined the firm in 2007. She is a graduate of Temple University. Moon, a CPA, is University at Buffalo graduate.

Hamister Group named Phillip J. Alterio vice president of sales. Alterio who was director of sales & marketing for Buffalo Niagara Marriott, is a Niagara University graduate.

Independent Health named Daren Springer director, operational reporting. Springer received his bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo.

Connors LLP named Caitlin E. O’Neil, Nicholas A. Romano, Christina L. Saccocio and Caitlin M. Higgins associates. O’Neil, a Mount Holyoke College graduate, earned her JD at University at Buffalo School of Law. Romano, a UB graduate, earned his JD at the UB School of Law. a SUNY Geneseo graduate, earned her JB at the UB School of Law. Higgins, a Williams College graduate, earned her JD at the UB School of Law.

Aramark Facilities Management named Dick Mariani director of facilities and engineering at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. Mariani previously served as the director of facilities and engineering at Kenmore Mercy Hospital.

Compu-Mail named Andy Severson vice president of operations. Severson earned a bachelor’s degree at Clarkson University and his MBA at Canisius College. Also, the company named Patrick Reagan director of sales & marketing and promoted Anthony Marchioni to chief technology officer at Compu-Mail and Dual Print & Mail. Reagan earned a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo and his MBA from Michigan State University. Marchioni is a Buffalo State graduate.

Watts Architecture & Engineering named Robert S. Swick, Jessica A. Harms, Ashley L. Pomaski, and Taylor E. Strickland to the firm. Swick joins the firm’s environmental department. Harms is a civil engineer in the firm’s civil/structural engineering department. Pomaski joins the firm’s environmental department. Strickland is a marketing assistant. They are all University at Buffalo graduates.
