A JetBlue flight was diverted to Buffalo on Wednesday because of an unruly passenger.
The Boston-to-Phoenix flight made an unscheduled stop at Buffalo Niagara International Airport after the captain requested a man be removed for being intoxicated and disruptive, the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Transit police said.
A Hanover, Mass., man was removed from the flight, but no charges have yet been filed. JetBlue Flight 603 remained in Buffalo for about 30 minutes before continuing to Phoenix, police said.
Authorities from the Transit police, FBI and Transportation Security Administration are continuing to investigate.
