Letter: Public should hold leaders responsible for law-breaking

Public should hold leaders responsible for law-breaking

I just watched the congressional hearing with FBI Director James Comey. It was painfully obvious either he was unprepared or in an awkward cover-up. That he didn’t recommend criminal charges just reeks of impropriety.

Watching Rep. William Lacy Clay, D-St. Louis, thank and praise the director was not only disrespectful to the American citizens, he managed to bring up white supremacy. What his point was I’ve no idea, but it was embarrassing. Folks, we need to demand consequences to all involved beginning with President Obama.
