Budding Tree Yoga Festival set for Sunday in the Outer Harbor

Many of the top yoga instructors in the region will join forces on Sunday to unfold the Budding Tree Yoga Festival in the Outer Harbor.

Free yoga throughout the day will be presented by Budding Tree Yoga in partnership with the Himalayan Institute of Buffalo, East Meets West Yoga Studio, Fit2BWell, Buffalo Natural Awakenings, Body Glyphix Holistic Studio, Yogis in Service, Coyle Chiropractic and Kiddie Corner Daycare.

The festival will run from 9:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Wilkeson Pointe, 225 Fuhrmann Blvd. Budding Tree Yoga owner Julie Leatherbarrow advised those who attend to bring sunscreen, a yoga mat, and a blanket or towel, and wear comfortable clothes suitable for movement. “Keeping the environment in mind, please do your best to avoid plastic water bottles and bring water in a reusable water bottle,” she added on her website. “There is parking all along Furhmann Boulevard.”
