Male and female motorcyclists arrested after high speed chase

ASHFORD – A 25-year-old male motorcyclist from Lancaster and a 26-year-old woman motorcyclist from North Tonawanda were arrested by State Police here Thursday after a high speed chase that began in the Town of Ellicottville and ended with both of them trying to hide in brush on a farm at the end of Henrietta Road, police said.

Justin Liszewski and Danielle DiPasquale were both charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and numerous Vehicle and Traffic infractions for allegedly driving a speeds of between 78 mph and more than 120 mph as troopers gave chase.

The chase began in Ellicottville and sped into Ashford, where the man and woman dumped their motorcycles on a farm off Henrietta Road and tried to hide from troopers in some nearby brush, officers said. They were both ordered to appear in Ashford Town Court for further proceedings in several weeks.
