Four arrested after large haul of heroin found in car

JAMESTOWN – Two men and two women were arrested by Jamestown Police after a traffic stop on E. 2nd Street at Kipp Street about 12:15 p.m. Wednesday led to the discovery of 244 bags of hidden substances in the console area of their car. Charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia, after a drug scale was also located in the vehicle were:

• Jose Rodriguez-Robles, 21

• Valerie Davila-Torres, 22

• Jamie Rolan-Robles, 28

• Fermin Rodriguez-Robles, 22

The possible family relationships among the suspects was not disclosed by police pending a further investigation. A New York State Police K-9 Unit was credited with assisting Jamestown Police in locating the hidden drug haul in the vehicle.
