State Police on Tuesday charged an Alden man who crashed into three parked vehicles in Newstead with having a blood-alcohol content more than triple the legal limit.
Curtiss L. Cummings, 23, faces an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge as well as a marijuana possession charge, State Police said.
Cummings failed field sobriety tests and registered a BAC of 0.27 percent, more than three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent.
State Police did not specify precisely where or when the crash occurred.
Cummings has an appearance date in Newstead Town Court.
