Fourth fun starts early in Falls

Old Falls Street USA will host a three-day long weekend of fun at its first Fourth of July Carnival on Saturday through Monday from noon to 10 p.m. each day.

The all ages event includes midway rides presented by Hammerl Amusements. A $20 all-day wristband include rides, free face painting, balloon art and live shows.

And you don’t need to wait for the Fourth of July. There will be free fireworks every night, presented by Seneca Niagara Casino, as well as a “fireworks spectacular” on July 4. Fireworks begin at dusk each night. A beer tent and refreshments will be offered from noon to 10 p.m. each day.

Live performances include stilt walkers, jugglers, clowns and fire dancers; with live music by Nick Spacone from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday; the Lewis and Klark Guitar Duo from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday; and Steve Balesteri from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, July 4.
