Rushford man charged with driving with .16 BAC

RUSHFORD – State Police on Monday charged a Rushford with driving with a blood-alcohol level that was double the legal limit.

Dustin W. Kish, 23, was pulled over on Route 243 in Caneadea. He failed field sobriety tests at the scene and registered a blood-alcohol content of 0.16 percent at the troopers’ Fillmore barracks. The legal level for intoxication is 0.08 percent.

He is scheduled to appear in Caneadea Town Court on June 8.
