ELLICOTTVILLE – Holiday Valley’s third annual Cycling Weekend of guided rides for experienced cyclists will be held June 3-5 in Ellicottville.
The event features three scenic routes geared toward Level 2 and 3 riders who regularly ride 30 to 50 miles on rolling hills and some steeper terrain, according to a news release issued by the resort.
The weekend begins June 3 with a 20-mile ride followed by an evening gathering. Saturday starts with a casual education clinic, followed by a 40-50 mile ride. Sunday’s ride is the longest and most challenging as the 80-mile ride goes through the heart of Amish country.
Cost is $299 per person and includes two nights at the Inn at Holiday Valley, three guided road rides, cycling clinics, meals and a goodie bag. The commuter rate without lodging is $205.
