The Junior League of Buffalo is looking for a home with historical and architectural value to be transformed into its 19th Decorators’ Show House next spring.
To be considered, the home must be located in the City of Buffalo (or within close proximity) and be at least 7,000 square feet. It should have two staircases, a minimum of a two-car garage, suitable yard space and off-street parking. The house will need to be vacant from Jan. 1 to June 1. After its transformation by area decorators and craftsmen, the Show House will open to the public for about three weeks during April and May 2017.
Anyone with a referral can call the Junior League Headquarters, 884-8865, or send an email to email@example.com. The Junior League, in conjunction with The Buffalo News, has raised more than $3.7 million since 1981 to benefit the Western New York community through revenue generated by its Show House.
