Inmate charged with having marijuana in the Niagara County Jail

LOCKPORT – A correction officer in the Niagara County Jail charged a Niagara Falls inmate after the inmate was found with two small bags of marijuana in the dorm housing area of the Niagara County Jail on Tuesday.

Marty A. Dandridge, 26, of Clifton Ave. was charged with promoting prison contraband and two counts of unlawful possession of marijuana.

He was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and bail was set at $2,000. He was taken back to the jail. A return court date was set for June 9.
