Kenmore man charged with having BAC nearly triple legal limit

PENDLETON – State Police over the weekend charged a Kenmore man with driving with a blood-alcohol level nearly triple the legal limit.

Matthew Dickinson was pulled over Saturday on Transit Road after failing to stop at a red light, according to State Police.

He failed several field sobriety tests and was taken to the Lockport barracks where he registered a blood-alcohol content of .23 percent, nearly three times the legal limit of .08 percent, State Police said.

He’s due in Pendleton Town Court later this month.
