Troopers: Sanborn man had .20 BAC after Niagara Falls traffic stop

NIAGARA FALLS – A Sanborn man was arrested Thursday night after State Police said he had a blood-alcohol level that was 2½ times the legal limit.

Glenn Fair, 34, was pulled over on Pine Avenue just before 11 p.m. for failure to keep right.

He was taken into custody after a state trooper detected an odor of alcohol on his breath and he was given field sobriety tests. He registered a blood-alcohol content of .20 percent, above the legal limit of .08 percent, during a breath test at the Niagara barracks.

State Police issued tickets for a future appearance in Niagara Falls City Court.
