NIAGARA FALLS – A Sanborn man had a blood-alcohol level more than double the legal limit after a traffic stop Wednesday night in Niagara Falls.

State Police charged Robert Booth, 51, with driving while intoxicated after he was pulled over at about 10:20 p.m. on Connecting Road for failing to keep right.
