The Buffalo area's insatiable appetite for food trucks makes it difficult to recall that these mobile kitchens didn't appear here until 2010.

Today, we have nearly 50 food trucks and, judging by the lines forming at these mobile kitchens, their popularity is still growing. To help you navigate their diverse menus, here's our guide to food trucks, including their cuisines, their best sellers and their quirkier items.
