A Buffalo man who already is facing federal gun charges was arraigned Wednesday in State Supreme Court on multiple charges of sexual assault for incidents that allegedly occurred in October.
Aaron “B-Wise” Lucas, 38, who also is known as “B-Wise,” is charged with 11 counts of predatory sexual assault, one count of rape and two counts of unlawful imprisonment. He also was indicted on a charge of misdemeanor possession of a weapon for reportedly having a .22-caliber semi-automatic rifle in his home, but his attorney said the federal charges supercede the state indictment.
Lucas’s attorney Joseph Terranova said the case involved two adult women who allegedly were assaulted after going to his client’s West Side home. Lucas was paroled in 2006 after three years in prison on an earlier weapons conviction. He currently is in federal custody.
