Albion man goes to prison for his latest DWI

LOCKPORT – An Albion man was sentenced Monday to one to three years in state prison for his third driving while intoxicated conviction.

Henry J. Walden Jr., 54, of West State Street, also was fined $1,000 by State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr.

Walden pleaded guilty to a DWI felony stemming from an incident last September in Lewiston, where he drove off Walmore Road and struck a rock on a resident’s front lawn. He refused the breath test.
