County jail inmate charged with criminal mischief, public lewdness

TOWN OF LOCKPORT – A county jail prisoner appearing in Lockport Town Court for a routine hearing about 1 p.m. Thursday was accused of urinating on the courtroom floor.

Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies said Christopher J. Secretan, 39, appeared in the courtroom just after 1 p.m. was told that he would be escorted to a restroom as soon as a deputy became available but rinated on the floor and a holding bench, causing an estimated $200 in damage.

Secretan, of Tonawanda Creek Road, Lockport, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and public lewdness.
