Aggravated DWI charged lodged in Falls traffic stop

NIAGARA FALLS – State Police report a driver stopped in Niagara Falls early Saturday was driving with a blood-alcohol content almost five times the legal limit.

Alaina Klender, 26, of Niagara Falls was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after being stopped for driving with inadequate headlamps about 1:25 a.m. on Niagara Falls Boulevard. She posted a blood-alcohol content of .39 percent, troopers said. Klender was scheduled to apear in Niagara Falls City Court at a later date.
