Police make arrest in North Buffalo gas station shooting

Police have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with the April 4 shooting at a Sunoco gas station at Delaware Avenue and Amherst Street in North Buffalo.

Horace Miller, of Buffalo, has been charged with first-degree assault.

A 35-year-old Buffalo man was grazed by gunfire shortly before 10 a.m. April 4 while in a vehicle at the gas station. He was taken to Erie County Medical Center in a private vehicle where he was treated and then released.

Police had said that the victim and the shooter were inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting and are known to each other.
