Delevan man charged with trading tattoo for oral sex with 16-year-old girl

State Police have charged a Cattaraugus County man with giving a tattoo to a minor in exchange for oral sex.

Investigators on Thursday arrested Donald G. Howe Jr., charging the Delevan man after they said he applied a tattoo on a 16-year-old girl in his apartment and then engaged in a sex act with her.

Howe, 30, was charged with third-degree criminal sex act, a felony; endangering the welfare of a child; second-degree unlawfully dealing with a child for providing a tattoo to a person younger than 18; second-degree criminal nuisance and possession of marijuana. The charges followed the execution of a search warrant, where materials for tattooing were found.

Howe was arraigned in Machias Town Court and has an upcoming date in Yorkshire Town Court.

Anyone who may have information related to the case is asked to call the State Police Machias barracks at 353-4029.
