Three indicted in Falls cocaine case

LOCKPORT – Two brothers and the younger brother’s girlfriend pleaded not guilty to cocaine possession in an indictment unsealed Friday in Niagara County Court. All three suspects were arrested after police raided the home they shared on Whitney Avenue in Niagara Falls on Oct. 15.

Tyrone J. Perry Jr., 32; Davonne M. Perry, 29; and Jennifer M. Spina, 25, are charged with various felony drug possession counts. Tyrone Perry also was charged with tampering with evidence after he was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, where cocaine allegedly was found in a body cavity, Assistant District Attorney John P. Granchelli said.
