MSNBC looking for participants in Ted Cruz town hall at UB

MSNBC is looking for Buffalo-area residents to participate in a town hall event it's producing with Republican presidential candidate, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas)  Thursday at the University at Buffalo’s North Campus.

MSNBC said late Tuesday the event will be tape-recorded at noon in the Katharine Cornell Theatre in Capen Hall, and will be hosted by Chuck Todd, moderator of “Meet the Press.” Russ Gugino, a Cruz volunteer in Buffalo, said he believes the event is slated for 11 a.m., but is urging those wishing to attend to arrive early in any case.

The news organization "is looking for attendees  who haven’t worked on a political campaign this season, but want to be part of a respectful political conversation and are planning to vote in an upcoming New York primary."

Interested? RSVP, email: msnbctownhall@gmail.com  with your mobile phone number, your party affiliation and a question that you would be willing to ask of Senator Cruz on camera.
