SINCLAIRVILLE – A Buffalo man faces a felony driving while intoxicated charge after a traffic stop on Sunday in Chautauqua County.
Orlando Rosario II, 35, was pulled over on Route 60 in Sinclairville for failing to dim his high beams for oncoming traffic, according to State Police.
Rosario, who had a DWI conviction in 2014 and had his driver’s license revoked, registered a blood-alcohol level of .14 percent during a breath test at the agency’s Jamestown barracks. He was also charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail after arraignment. He has an upcoming date in Gerry Town Court, police said.
