Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo will visit the Buffalo Museum of Science on Wednesday afternoon.
Cuomo, along with Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul, will speak at the Humboldt Parkway facility at 1 p.m.
Cuomo is going around the state talking about the recently passed $156 billion state budget, which includes an increase in school aid of about $1.5 billion, an increase in the minimum wage and a freeze in tuition for SUNY.
For Western New York, the budget allocates funding to turn the Scajaquada Expressway into a low-speed urban boulevard, for the next phase of plans to return vehicular traffic to Main Street in Buffalo and anti-poverty funding for Buffalo, Niagara Falls and Jamestown.
