State Police on Monday night charged a West Seneca woman with driving with a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit.
Troopers found Jennifer L. Slomba of West Seneca in her Chevrolet Malibu stuck in a snow bank off the right shoulder near exit 2 of the Niagara Thruway in Buffalo just before 9:30 p.m.
