Bulk trash pickup begins on April 25 in City of Niagara Falls

NIAGARA FALLS — The City of Niagara Falls will have its first spring pick up of bulk trash during the week of April 25.

Bulk trash will also be collected by the City of Niagara Falls on the weeks of May 2 and May 9.

Up to six items of bulk trash will be collected per week, per household and will be collected at the curb in concert with residents’ regular garbage pick up day.

Bulk items are those considered too large to fit into city-issued carts. such as furniture or mattresses. Extra bags of household garbage are not considered bulk.

Yard waste may be placed in clear plastic bags or brown paper craft bags next to the city-issued blue carts or may be placed in the blue trash carts if they fit.
