TAX HELP: Free tax preparation for Niagara County residents who earn less than $54,000 will be offered from 3 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at Niagara County Community College. The free service is provided by the Niagara County Financial Literacy Coalition, launched by Consumer Credit Counseling Service, as it kicks off National Financial Literacy Month. Tuesday’s event will be held in Room A-172 of the Notar Administrative Building on the college’s Sanborn campus.
